Privacy & data requests
For data export, deletion, or any privacy-related question covered in our Privacy Policy, use the same address. We respond within 30 days, usually faster.

Before you write
- Account deletion: in the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. It's instant and irreversible — no email needed.
- Refunds: all purchases run through Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds for App Store transactions.
- Subscription cancel: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
- Lost access to your phone number: email us with the username and any context you can share. We'll work with you to recover the account.
